The design consultation will include a selection of finishes and furniture you are able to order on your own, so you can still have a cohesive space that has that designed feel. You will be able to gain expert guidance on a smaller project. We are able to fit this service around your needs. Services could include:

Full Service

Initial Consultation

In this initial design consultation we will decide what services you need and where you fit. We go over who you are and how you live. We want to know everything: design elements you love and ones you don’t, spaces that are most important to you, and where you spend your time. We will talk budget and timeline, and how the Morris House Design process works.

Architectural Plan Review

If you have already chosen plans, we will walk through those plans with you to make sure everything aligns with how you will live and function in your space.
If interested in drafting services, we will discuss that in the initial consultation.

Finish Selections

From interior to exterior, we work with you to create a cohesive fixture and finish schedule to provide the builder. We see this process all the way through, from site visits to overseeing installation.

Furniture and Accessories

Furniture space planning and procurement throughout the design process. We are able to incorporate existing furniture you may have, or select all new. We will come in on install day and finish the design with accessories and styling.

Renderings

An important part of design is seeing your space come to life. For those who have trouble visualizing the design elements chosen, we offer hyperrealistic renderings to show your exact selections and finishes in your room. These are to scale and are tailored to your space.

You can send your already approved selections to see them come to life in your space, or build a package where we design the room while also rendering it, giving you more of a full-service design experience.
